Sands

Who knew there were to be

So many trials

Before we became "Tenacious Ten

Overcoming Adversity"?

We overcame them all,

but not without our scars.

The ups and downs have surely come,

And doubtless there'll be more

Before we're done -

But let us not forget the most

Important lesson:

That "Unity is the function of more than one..."

We are bound, committed to each other

No Matter What the cost!

Our purpose when we began must not be lost

Because in the end we wanted to be

Sisters, Sorors, AND friends.

Some often sit and wonder why

On the Soror-Frat bond we rely

We say, "It's a family thang."

But they never seem to understand.

You see, it means so much

To have family to love and stand-

Together.

It is a bond that will, in fact, last forever.

Every day we must show the power of 25/52

to the world,

What it means to be an APO boy and a Gamma girl.

As we continue to grow across the world

ALL will recognize, when they open their eyes

The beauty of our MAROON & WHITE garden

As it stretches toward the OLD GLORY GOLD RAYS

In our ROYAL BLUE SKIES!!!

We fussed, screamed, and fought.

In the end, we shared much more-

Now, we are Sorors.

Our LOVELY Founders

Knew what to do

They took the Gamma

And the Sigma times 2

50 years later,

We're still standing true

So when the haters ask

'What is that; who are you?'

We say, "Gamma Sigma Sigma

And it's time you knew

We're KNOWN for our Service -

What the HELL do YOU do?"

Pledging for Gamma

A constant stuggle

Each and every day

Some wonder why

I'd rather die

Than not wear

MAROON & WHITE someday

A part of THIS sorority!

But I'll press on

And get to GAMMALAND someday!

Class

Some say it's hard to be the best,

Not a Soror of GSS!

We have such style and such class

That looking good just ain't no task!!!

Who We Are

You can look

Near or far

And you'll find

Our PROUD Sorors!

We shine like stars

Above the rest

'Cause Gamma Sig's

The VERY best!

Maroon & white

Is what we wear-

Others can't help

But stop and stare!

So listen close

And you will hear

A lovely sound

SWEEt to the ears...

It goes Wee____-Oop____!
